We created this marketing kit, consisting of two brochures, DVD and floor plans, to market luxury condominiums in Rio de Janeiro to North Americans and Europeans. Our strategy was to showcase not only the residences, but also the lifestyle and scenic beauty of Rio through the use of lush imagery and lavish descriptive copy. Detailed information provides a comfort level regarding LuxoRio’s proprietary real estate transaction process.
This presentation brochure was designed to generate interest among potential investors during the pre-construction phase. Enticing imagery of the development’s beachfront setting and luxurious design is paired with detailed information about the property and its investment potential. The brochure includes a variety of charts presenting relevant financial and other data geared to bolstering investor confidence.
