Creative Direction / Strategy / Development / Email + SMS Marketing
I was hired by Gisou as a consultant to establish and optimize their email marketing strategy, ensuring a strong foundation for their expansion into the U.S. market. This included developing the initial strategy, designing email templates, and implementing automated flows tailored to their customer journey. Additionally, I spearheaded the launch of their SMS marketing specifically for the U.S. audience.
Beyond email and SMS, I led the redesign and programming of their loyalty pages and checkout experience to enhance user engagement and streamline conversions. I also created high-converting landing pages for giveaways and new product launches, further strengthening their digital presence.

We analyzed Gisou’s current web and email creative and provided visual and written recommendations on how to make it more on-brand and user-friendly.

We developed the email and sms marketing strategy for Gisou. Using that strategy, we first rebuilt their email template using Klaviyo’s new template editor with focus on increasing inbox deliverability. Then we programmed and managed all marketing flows, including the welcome series, abandoned cart, abandoned browse, transactional, loyalty, subscription and post-purchase. These new flows immediately showed an increase in sales.

We currently manage Gisou’s e-commerce website on the Shopify platform. This includes back-end development of new pages, updates to existing pages, and creation of new landing pages.

We serve as a liaison between the design team and the developers to ensure design transfers seamlessly to web on ALL devices and screen sizes. We also manage scheduling so all parties stay on schedule.
